We assist clients in finding, understanding and analysing specific
opportunities that offer the greatest business potential to our clients. IAP
identifies and initiates a dialogue with potential targets or partners
analysing strengths and weaknesses and suitability as a target/partner in India
for clients. This advice is usually a first step in a corporate finance
transaction.
Corporate finance transaction execution
We assist in valuations, negotiations, due diligence investigations and the
completion of transactions which may include sourcing and co-coordinating other
professional advice, obtaining official approvals and effecting subsequent
disposals or refinancing. We have a successful track record advising on
acquisitions, divestitures and JVs including advice on existing relationships
which require restructuring or replacing. We have substantial expertise in
assessing the potential to preserve, or the need to replace, such
relationships.
Greenfield entry execution
We advise and help clients negotiate and navigate the various issues relating
to setting up Greenfield projects, including evaluation of alternative
locations, how to approach local authorities and assistance in a range of other
aspects getting a project up and running, from procurement to HR.
